The crew just finished with packet pick up and pre-race dinner. All brothers agree this has to be the best pre-race meal of all time. Homecooking at it’s finest. Sliced Brisket, Baked Chicken, Potatos and about 4 incredible salads. Homemade cobbler to finish it off. Wow it’s a good thing there isin’t a pre-race breakfast…
