That would not be us, but at every exchange there are all these people who have only run a handful of miles. Many of them slept and showered last night. They are perky and bouncy and we hate them all.
We have collectively decided that if you have run less than 30 miles you have nothing to say that we want to hear. People are pretty impressed when they find out there are only five of us and that we are on our 7th and 8th legs.
They should be impressed! The piranha brothers are a force to be reckoned with—in so many ways. Hang in there and finish this thing with style!
I’m so proud of you guys. I knew you had it in you. Maybe you should add someone if there are others with as much gumption as you have. Jean and I look in every hour or so and have certainly enjoyed watching it all develop.
go guys go! looks like a beautiful day!
I am happy for you and Texas looks beautiful.
Think this. run 2,3,4,run,2,3,4,come home,2,3,4come home,2,3,4.
Have fun!:)
Looking for the finish line with you…Glad you have one leg left on which to run. You’ll be “shiny happy people” soon enough after some sleep and a shower and cleaning out the van. Keep keeping us informed. You have done a super job with this web-site. Thanks
Almost three hours since the last post. . .c’mon, we want news! We want pictures! We’re all cheering for you!
to Mrs. Mav, we might be up for Pops depending on the timing. Do you have any other takers? Are our Team Pirana Widows matching team shirts and jackets ready yet?
Hey single mom, our ‘Pirana Widow’ uniforms aren’t in yet. . . FedEx must have lost them. I don’t have any difeinite plans for Pop’s–what time would work for you? We’ll have to drink a toast to the guys.
Anytime between 2-5 pm. I’d like to be home by 6. People coming over at 7. Email me…
